In most cases we will need to see the cue in order to assess the work required and the price. Costs of standard repairs are included in the price list. For more difficult repairs, please phone or e-mail, then we can give an estimate of the repair cost and on receipt of the cue, we will give a fixed price before starting the work

For customers who prefer to travel to the workshop, new ferrules, (including re-tapering), extensions, mini butts and various other jobs can be carried out to suit you, (by prior arrangement). People coming from a distance may like to visit Stamford, a beautiful old town only 5 miles away, while we carry out the work. During shorter repairs, customers are invited to pot some balls on our full size snooker table.
